Subscription Errors
Subscriptions run over websockets that connect to a service running in a cluster. Issues such as cluster rebalancing, Software deployments and also network problems can cause subscriptions to be disconnected.
In the event of a disconnected subscription you will need to reconnect to continue receiving data. The system is designed to be robust and where possible recover from service disruption. However, there are circumstances out of our control that lead to subscription disconnections.
We recommend that you requery for the race data after a subscription is dropped to get the "latest" data and then re-establish the subscription.
Querying Errors
Queries run against our API are also susceptible to the same problems affecting subscriptions. If this occurs we suggest to re-run the query. If the issue persists, please contact support at support-api@betmakers.com.
